Region utility methods

regions.region_bounds(regions[, transform])	Return the bounding box of each unique label in regions.
regions.region_slices(regions)	Return array slices bounding each unique label in regions.
regions.region_sum(data, regions)	Returns the sum of values in data for each unique label in regions.
regions.region_area(regions[, transform, latlon])	Return the area [m2] for each unique label in regions.
regions.region_dissolve(regions[, labels, ...])	Dissolve selected regions into their nearest neighboring regions.
