SfincsModel.read_geoms()

Read geometry files and save to geoms attribute. Known geometry files mentioned in the sfincs.inp configuration file are read, including: bnd/src/obs xy(n) files, thd/weir structure files and drn drainage structure files.

If other geojson files are present in a “gis” subfolder folder, those are read as well.
