Model components

For DELWAQ, the different components available for building or updating are:

setup_config	Update config with a dictionary
setup_basemaps	Setup the delwaq model schematization using the hydromodel region and resolution.
setup_monitoring	Setup Delwaq monitoring points and areas options.
setup_hydrology_forcing	Setup Delwaq hydrological fluxes.
setup_emission_raster	Setup one or several emission map from raster data.
setup_emission_vector	Setup emission map from vector data.
setup_emission_mapping	This component derives several emission maps based on administrative boundaries.
